I did a quick sketch of the procreate interface and my digital pen that I use while drawing because I draw digitally on my ipad all the time so that's what I think of when I think of digital art.

    For my "stepping away from technology", I went down to the Greenhouse with my roommate to work on an assignment for our drawing foundations class. It was incredibly relaxing, we spent almost two hours in there. I've been to the Greenhouse a couple times before, and i absolutely love it there! If i could live in a Greenhouse, I would. For my "response" to the experience, I decided to draw a character design based on an orchid, as that is what our greenhouse is known for. I drew it digitally on procreate, which is ironic for a response to stepping away from technology, but it's my preferred medium.
